Drew began his career as a copywriter at a large Detroit agency working on model launch programs for automotive clients. In addition to automotive, he has developed brand and marketing programs for clients in advanced manufacturing, aerospace, healthcare, electronics, food and beverage, fashion, and CPG. This diverse experience, with different clients, brands and competitive marketplaces, provided Drew with the ability to understand the complexities of each industry and how to leverage those characteristics to position his clients for success. At Collective, Drew leads our strategic work, starting with deep dives into our clients’ companies, their goals, and learning what makes them unique in their space.

Drew and his family live in Pittsburgh where his family activities include serving as unpaid delivery driver for his son’s firewood delivery service and as a leader of his daughter’s Y Princess group. Drew also lends his experience  to entrepreneurs as a mentor at Pittsburgh-based incubator Innovation Works, and he also serves on the board of Footbridge for Families, a non-profit dedicated to providing immediate assistance to families that find themselves in crisis.

From managing nation-wide vehicle model launch programs to planning and overseeing multi-million dollar enterprise customer events in Paris and London, Jen knows how to get things done. At Collective, she focuses on client project management, vendor and partner relationships and the ever-important timelines that govern our work. Jen’s experience and force-of-nature personality allow her to effortlessly shift from client meetings to marching through her daily to-do list, all without breaking a sweat.

Always in motion, Jen is a devoted Mom to her two children, whose activities often take her to a hockey rink or dance studio. Keeping all the plates spinning at work and at home, she somehow finds time to be an avid tennis player, certified fitness trainer, lover of travel and any beach – where she may just sit down and read some historical fiction. She lives with her family and their big Lab, Moose, in Pittsburgh.
